• Provide your order number and photos of the faulty/incorrect item.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless the return is due to our error).

• If you receive a faulty or wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos.
• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
